Job Roles and Responsibilities: IELTS and PTE Trainer
  • IELTS and PTE Training – Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking
  • GRE Verbal Training - Vocabulary, Fill in the blanks, Reading Comprehension
  • Teach English Grammar and Vocabulary to improve Writing Skills
  • Teach Essay Writing Content & Structure
  • Correct and give feedback on student essays
  • Take Interviews (Speaking) and organize activities to improve Speaking Skills
Expectations from the Trainer:
  • Excellent command over English language - Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking
  • Minimum 2 Years of teaching experience
  • Preferably PTE and/or IELTS training experience
  • IELTS Score of 8+ Bands and/or PTE score of 80+
  • If IELTS/PTE not yet taken, must take IELTS/PTE and achieve the score in probation
  • Academic Qualifications: Graduates Only. Preferably MA in English
Working Days: Monday to Saturday; Sundays and Institute-designated Public Holidays (approx. 18 per annum) are off
Work Timings: 8 Hours per day
  • 8:30AM to 1:00PM (4.5 Hours) in the Morning
  • 4:30PM to 8:00PM (3.5 Hours) in the Evening
  • Punctuality is utmost important as the job demands trainer to be on time
  • There will be no compromise on punctuality
  • Trainer should not be working/teaching anywhere else while working at aKademy
Leaves: 12 Leaves per annum

Probation & Notice Period: Three months probation period with one week notice. After probation period is over, a notice period of two months should be provided.
HR Policies:
  • 3 months probation period
  • Health insurance upto Rs. 12,000/- per annum reimbursable after probation
  • 2 months notice period post probation
  • Work hours: 6 days a week, Mon-Sat, 8 hrs a day
  • Leaves: 1 paid leave per month
